The Jedi Council Forum's Costuming and Props Board - a great board to ask questions about Star Wars costuming. Be sure to read the Thread Index first, most good costumes have threads already started.
Obi Wan's Jedi Academy Message Board - an EZBoard about Jedi costumes.
The Windmill - Surly mods this board, which deals with all kinds of Moulin Rouge costumes. We also have a yearly meetup and can-can frolic at Dragon*Con every year, so come join in!
Moulin Costumes - A Live!Journal group for Moulin Costumes. It's quiet, but it still has plenty of members that watch for questions.
Alley Cat Scratch - THE comprehensive site for researching the movie costumes. Has a wealth of information.

POTC Costuming - Group for costumes from Pirates of the Carribbean. This is the largest yahoo group for POTC costuming, and I've found it to be the friendliest and most on-topic. Spoiler-free for POTC2 and 3.
POTC2 Costuming - The above group has gone spoiler-free for POTC2, with only costume pics allowed, no plot spoilers, so this is the companion group that will discuss plots and such as well as costumes.

Jack Costume Study - House of Anoria's Jack Sparrow costume study. Good information.
Blue Sword Clothing - Has costume studies for Elizabeth and Will's costumes. On geocities, so has ads.
Panniers Tutorial - Ferd made this wonderful tutorial on how to make pocket hoops, or panniers.

The Wardrobe Door - A nice research site for costumes in the movie scheduled for December, 2005.
Pescucci Costuming - A group I run for movies costumed by Gabriella Pescucci. Includes VAn Helsing, Dangerous Beauty, Age of Innocence, The Scarlet Letter, Les Miserables, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and The Brothers Grimm.
Medieval Movie Costuming - A group for all medieval-era movies. Group is for movie costumes only, so no discussion of how authentic (or not) the clothes are, just info on how to make them.
