Hourglass Corset

Starts over or under the bust to support in a natural position. Comes in drastically at the waist to compress and reshape. Goes down over the hips and stomach to maintain proportions and the small waist. Mainly used for tight-lacing. The boning is usually positioned in channels along the seam lines or parallel to them, about one bone every inch.
